What is OmadaFit? 
OmadaFit is a core strength and conditioning program that builds physical preparedness for all of life’s challenges. OmadaFit was adapted to improve an individual’s ability to perform all physical tasks through all the fitness domains. These include, Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Strength, Power, Speed, Coordination, Accuracy, Balance and Agility.  

How OmadaFit makes a difference.

OmadaFit focuses on 3 main concepts: 

Mechanics- with each movement we know that is most important that we teach proper mechanics. It is proven that we can achieve optimal results and in a safely manor when we perform a movement correctly. Our Coaches are skilled and trained in each movement to help you master the mechanics as well.

Consistency- after the mechanics of a movement are mastered we pay attention to the athlete’s consistency. The athlete must be able to perform several repetitions without any major mechanical issues BEFORE we allow the intensity to increase.

Intensity- ONLY after it is observed that an athlete is consistently performing the move with proper mechanics then we can add load and intensity to the movement.

Absolutely! Our workouts are programmed so that they are saleable to YOUR level of fitness. Whatever your fitness level, whatever your age, a well-designed program can help improve your fitness.  

At OmadaFit we train as a team. Each class is filled with other people just like you who are looking to improve their fitness. Our members support and push each other to achieve their goals and to do things that they never knew possible. This team building atmosphere is unique here at OmadaFit and is what helps you set and reach your goals and continue to improve your fitness.

OmadaFit KIDS- Ages 5-12
Mon, Tues, and Thursday at 3:30-4:30pm   (Andra Owens and Stormi Winthrop, OmadaFit Kids Trainers)

Our main focus is to combine Fitness and Fun!
Your child will develop a positive outlook on fitness that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives. In our programming we include aspects to help develop flexibility, coordination, strength, agility, balance and healthy nutrition. Our positive coaching techniques and nutritional education, combined with fun workouts and activities will keep your child moving in a healthy direction!
